Real Estate Broker & Estate Management
The division of ZIQUR that will purchase, market, rent and sell properties for the ZIQUR crowdfunding platform and be the marketers, renters and sellers of new ZIQUR property developments.
The Real Estate arm will be responsible for the initial research and analysis of potential markets along with negotiation/pricing of real estate investments and tenant screenings.
The Estate Management team will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rental properties and act as the liaisons between the Company and the tenants.
The Estate Management team will collect rent, handle late payments/evictions, provide reporting structured for tax purposes, and deliver cash-flow statements.
Act as the in-house team who takes care of anything in need of repair within the properties, is accountable for controlling maintenance costs and determining damage responsibility.
Repair & Maintenance services include fire and safety code compliance, performing maintenance duties, re-keying doors, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, pest control, etc.
